There will be a diverse mix of companies exhibiting, bakery competition, over a dozen 15-20 minute Quick Bites of education on marketing, operations and solutions on staffing trending topics, hands-on Pastry Studio and BevX Live! talks and demos in the exhibit hall along the way!

Admission Guidelines:
- A show for the trade – Attendance is open only to decision makers and top industry players that work within the foodservice, retail, bakery, or restaurant industry. We encourage you to register your team to experience all of the trending concepts together.
- Adults only – Children under 18 years of age are not permitted at any time, including move-in and move-out. This also includes young children in strollers or other carriers. Adults under 21 years must refrain from alcoholic beverage sampling per state law.
- No sales in the aisles – Solicitation at the Expo by non-exhibiting suppliers is strictly prohibited.
- All attendees, exhibitors and any other stakeholders or staff present at the Expo should be aware that pictures could be taken and possibly used on social media, email and other promotions.

Parking is just $10/car on the State Fair grounds. Watch for signage and parking staff to make for a smooth process in and out!
Yes, WF&HE is restricted to individuals 16 and older. No minor children or infants are allowed on the premises. There will be no exceptions to the age restriction policy. Please plan accordingly and respect the nature of this event.
